Braden Cassity brings a rare blend of technical expertise, outdoor experience, and real-world land knowledge to the G7 Group. With a background in land surveying, development, and real estate, he offers clients a well-rounded perspective on buying, selling, and investing in property. His understanding of land goes far beyond the surface, allowing him to help clients better evaluate boundaries, terrain, usability, and long-term potential.
As an experienced land surveyor, Braden provides valuable insight into boundary lines, topography, and development considerations that can play a critical role in real estate decisions. His ability to combine technical knowledge with practical application gives clients an added level of confidence throughout the transaction process.
Braden’s passion for land also comes from a lifetime spent outdoors. With extensive experience in hunting, fishing, and guiding, he has led hundreds of clients on waterfowl hunts, turkey hunts, and other outdoor adventures. Through those experiences, he developed a deep respect for conservation, ethical practices, and responsible land stewardship values that naturally align with the lifestyle and legacy-driven properties G7 represents.
A former Division-I athlete and team captain at Oklahoma State University, Braden competed in 61 games and six bowl games during his college football career. He earned Honorable Mention All-Big 12 recognition in 2021 and 2023, served as a 2022 team captain, and received the 2023 Oklahoma State Loyal & True Award, presented to one student-athlete across all 14 sports. He also earned multiple Academic All-Big 12 honors before continuing briefly at the professional level with the Los Angeles Chargers.
Braden holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Sports Management, a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Business and Land Development, and a Master Certificate in Leisure Studies focused on Recreation in Natural Environments.
